The Enhance Mentorship Program presented by Sensational Foundation in partnership with Professional Disability Network Hong Kong, is a 6‑month initiative commencing at the end of July 2026. The program is designed for students and young people with disabilities (aged 18+) who are looking to build confidence, strengthen their skills, and enhance their employment opportunities.

Program Objectives

The program is intended to help participants:

• Access regular wellbeing check-ins and emotional support
• Build meaningful connections with a supportive peer cohort
• Facilitate a smooth transition into sustainable, meaningful employment
• Gain practical, first-hand insights into various industries and roles
• Grow personal confidence and strengthen self-advocacy skills
• Improve overall workplace readiness and employability
• Participate in targeted career-focused workshops and training
• Receive personalized one-on-one career guidance and mentorship

Eligibility Criteria

• Students or young people with disabilities or SEN
• Able to commit to the full 6-month program duration
• Willing to participate in one-on-one mentoring sessions, workshops and cohort activities
