We are pleased to share that the SENtastic Award Ceremony 2025 was successfully held on 15 April 2025, marking another milestone in our journey to recognize and celebrate the exceptional contributions of our faculty, staff, and students.
Following our first launch in 2023, the SENtastic Staff Award honors our faculty and staff members who consistently go above and beyond to support students’ diverse learning needs and overall well-being. This year, we received nearly 100 heartfelt nominations, each reflecting the meaningful impact made across our HKUST community. For more information about the award and nomination, please visit HERE.
We were honored to welcome distinguished guests to the ceremony, including:

- Prof. Jimmy FUNG, Associate Provost (Teaching and Learning), Office of the Provost
- Prof. Pak Wo LEUNG, Dean of Students, Dean of Students' Office
Adding a special touch to the event, talented musicians from Ebenezer School & Home for the Visually Impaired delivered a moving performance on piano and Erhu, beautifully demonstrating how music can empower and uplift, transcending visual impairments.
