WCAG is developed through the W3C process in cooperation with individuals and organizations around the world, with a goal of providing a single shared standard for web content accessibility that meets the needs of individuals, organizations, and governments internationally. Web Accessibility Recognition Scheme 無障礙網頁嘉許計劃
The Scheme promotes awareness and wider adoption of web accessibility design in public and private websites and mobile applications. It is organised by Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited (HKIRC) in 2018, and is co-organised by the Office of Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO) while the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) serves as the independent advisor.

Mobile Application Accessibility Handbook 無障礙應用程式手冊
Issued by the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OCGIO) to provide guideline and tips on how to make a website / app accessible for people with different abilities.
Steps to create PDFs to meet common accessibility standards, such as Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 and PDF/UA (Universal Access, or ISO 14289).
Web Accessibility Workshop
Web accessibility is about how webpages, web tools, and technologies are designed and developed to provide equal opportunities and access to people with disabilities. Faculty and staff members are encouraged to make referrals to formalize the helping process, and facilitate documentation and liaising with the source of referral. SEN Support will outreach the student concerned.
