SEN opportunities

WISE 匯菁 is a social enterprise with the objective of empowering people through employment. We are a professionally trained team who support the careers of our students with diverse needs and accompany our employers in their inclusion efforts. We partner with public, academic corporate, and not-for-profit sectors to ensure maximal impact.

This event is specifically designed for students with SEN, ranging from first-year students to recent graduates. Wise anticipates having around 10 prominent employers setting up booths at the event, which may include notable names such as HSBC, CLP, Louis Vuitton, Generali, HK Jockey Club, EY, Arup, Accenture, and others. In addition, the Selective Placement Division of Labour Department and the Equal Opportunities Commission will participate as exhibitors, offering valuable support and resources to students.

The following event is organized by CareER—Hong Kong’s first charity supporting higher-educated students and graduates with disabilities and/or Special Educational Needs (SEN)—this initiative is generously supported by the Kerry Group. The Program recognises students with disabilities and/or special educational needs (SEN) for their dedication to community and social service participation, contributions to society, and accomplishments in extracurricular activities. Beyond financial support through a scholarship, it features a structured fellowship program designed to cultivate personal growth, leadership, and active community engagement.
