SEN opportunities

WISE 匯菁 is a social enterprise with the objective of empowering people through employment. We are a professionally trained team who support the careers of our students with diverse needs and accompany our employers in their inclusion efforts. We partner with public, academic corporate, and not-for-profit sectors to ensure maximal impact.

The scholarship aims to recognize students with disabilities and/or SEN, who also have a strong interest and passion in the business, banking, and finance industries in Hong Kong, in the pursuit of excellence in serving the community and achievement in extracurricular activities and their willingness to challenge themselves to experience new exposures. 

The Scheme aims at allowing students with Disabilities to gain hands-on work experience in the Government as well as enabling civil service colleagues to appreciate the talents and potential of persons with disabilities. Interns will be posted to different Bureaux/Departments (B/Ds) for provision of support, including general administration and/or policy support, human resource management, financial resource management, event management, system/project planning and development, and/or support to boards and councils, etc. The Government will continue to lead in promoting the employment of persons with diverse needs to foster an inclusive society.
