The WISE 匯菁 Career Ready Mentorship Program aims to address the challenges faced by students with SEN or ethnically diverse students by connecting them with inspiring mentors who have experience across various industries and providing support grounded in first-hand professional experience.

WISE 匯菁 is a social enterprise with the objective of empowering people through employment. We are a professionally trained team who support the careers of our students with diverse needs and accompany our employers in their inclusion efforts. We partner with public, academic corporate, and not-for-profit sectors to ensure maximal impact.
