CareER Thriving Grass Career Development Programme 2026 

The Hong Kong Jockey Club Community Project Grant: CareER Thriving Grass Career Development Programme 2026 (Thriving Grass) is tailored to empower individuals with disabilities and SEN on their journey towards professional success. Thriving Grass offers a unique internship that opens doors to valuable opportunities with diverse, inclusive employers. Participants will have the chance to intern with multinational corporations, local conglomerates, SMEs, startups, and NGOs, all within a nurturing and inclusive environment. Thriving Grass is also tailored to help members build essential skills and kickstart their careers on a solid foundation of support by CareER. 

Support Services

• Internship Opportunities: Match with global companies, local business, start-ups, and NGOs based on your strengths.
• Career Support: Job skills workshops, soft skills training, leadership camps, and counselling.
• Community Network: Connect with members and alumni, share experiences, and grow together.

Important dates

• Virtual Info Day: 6 March 2026 (Friday), 5:00pm – 6:00pm via Zoom 
• Programme enrolment deadline: 31 March 2026 (Tuesday) 

Eligibility

Any person with disabilities or SEN who has studied for or graduated with a higher diploma or above in any discipline.
