Job Description

 

  •  Manage the supply chain to ensure a smooth ordering process.

  •  Address vendor inquiries regarding the Ordering Manual and Process Flow.

  •  Coordinate with various teams to collect data.

  •  Support the Production team with reporting and analysis.

  •  Assist with system updates, data management, file  maintenance, daily data refreshing, and record keeping.     

  •  Assist in daily work operations as needed.

Job Requirements

  •  High Diploma or above, preferably in Business or Fashion & Textile.

  •  Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

  •  Clear communication skills; fluent in English (both written and spoken).

  •  Proficient in Excel and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word.

  •  Good organizational and prioritizing skills.

  •  Good work ethic with willingness to learn.

  •  Experience in the apparel industry is an advantage.

  • This Vacation Placement is the perfect introduction to Pinsent Masons.

  • The placement programme is designed and structured to give you an experience which is practical and enjoyable whilst authentically reflecting the Trainee Solicitor experience.

  •  Working alongside lawyers an trainees on real client projects, you will enjoy structured work-based learning, skills training and presentations.

Requirements

  •  Be available to work full-time between Jun 2026 and Dec 2026.

  •  Undergraduate students, from any degree disciplines, graduating in 2027, 2028 or 2029.

  •  Relevant academic background or previous internship experience preferred.

  •  Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive work attitude.

  •  Have well-developed language skills in English especially for roles in global functions.

  •  Have solid PC skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
