WISE 匯菁  Career Ready Mentorship Program - 2026 Winter Cohort

​As a mentee, students will engage in 2-4 x one-to-one mentoring sessions that will centre around a discussion of career goals. This is an opportunity to review practical skills for job application process. Students can also discuss about previous experiences, skillset, professional plans, and career and education pathways. Other activities may include:

• Building career confidence
• Discussing workplace accommodations and adjustments
• Networking with other professionals
• Practicing mock interviews
• Reviewing resume and cover letters
• Visiting worksites

Fee

• Free of charge since the University covers the cost for eligible students
