CareER Thriving Grass Career Development Programme 2025 

The Hong Kong Jockey Club Community Project Grant: CareER Thriving Grass Career Development Programme 2025 (Thriving Grass) is tailored to empower individuals with disabilities and SEN on their journey towards professional success. Thriving Grass offers a unique internship that opens doors to valuable opportunities with diverse, inclusive employers. Participants will have the chance to intern with multinational corporations, local conglomerates, SMEs, startups, and NGOs, all within a nurturing and inclusive environment. Thriving Grass is also tailored to help members build essential skills and kickstart their careers on a solid foundation of support by CareER. 

Support Services

The Thriving Grass provides all-rounded support to help participants prepare for their internships and succeed in their career journeys. The support services include:

• Career Coaching

• Counselling

• Priority access to CV clinic and Mock interview workshops

• Priority access to career-related events and activities

• Priority access to alumni sharing and networking opportunities

Eligibility

Any person with disabilities or SEN who has studied for or graduated with a higher diploma or above in any discipline.
