“Ah Cheung: Wings of Hope”: Movie Screening & Dialogue
Join us for a special screening of the inspiring documentary "Ah Cheung: Wings of Hope" 《無拘飛祥》, followed by an exclusive dialogue session.
Directed by So Ka Ue, this documentary offers an intimate and powerful portrayal of the late Mr. Law Wai Cheung, one of Hong Kong's most prominent and tireless advocates for disability rights. Despite living with congenital cerebral palsy and severe physical limitations, Ah Cheung refused to let his physical challenges define his boundaries. Instead, he dedicated his life to breaking down social barriers and advocating for equal rights, leaving behind a legacy of immense courage, resilience, and hope. Following the screening, we will host an exclusive sharing session featuring invited guest speakers. Attendees will have the opportunity to delve deeper into the themes of the film and explore how we can collectively foster a more inclusive community.
