Playback Theatre - We Are The Same Yet Different

HLTH1010 Course students will attain 1.5 course hours in “Wellness and Personal Enrichment Events” of the “Activities” module upon satisfactory completion of the events.

Playback theatre (一人一劇場) emphasizes respect, listening and sharing. Through audiences sharing personal feelings and live experience, theatre performer will improvise a live performance using elements of music, props, theatre and space, and hence audiences from different backgrounds, ages and abilities can find connection, trust and spaces of communication in the community. 

Instructors are professional actor/actress of AddOil Workshop.  

Session 1 : 12:30-2:00pm  (Cantonese)
Session 2 : 3:00-4:30pm  (English)

<一人一故事劇場>

於1975年在美國紐約創立，是一種即興演出的劇場形式，結合了劇場、心理劇與原始民族聚會的儀式和精神。

一人一故事劇場強調尊重、聆聽及分享。在過程中，現場觀眾分享個人經歷及感受，這些不同背景、年紀及能力的人透過故事、音樂、劇場、形體動作及演員的即興劇場表演，找到聯繫、空間及信任，從而也能放低成見、歧視及誤解，接納大家的不同，感受共融的樂趣。
