Indulge in Art Making, Get to Know Yourself!

Would you like to come to join us to make some art while getting to know more about yourself? We are offering a series of art therapy workshops for you to explore different topics about self, de-stress, relax, and just make art.  Art reaches the deepest part of us where no words exist, and it allows us to get closer to our inner true selves. The workshops will be led by UK Registered Art Psychotherapist and no art skills or background is required.
